Web Design, SEO & AI Automation for Small Businesses
MaxDiVision is an international agency offering web design and SEO services to small and mid-sized businesses, plus the workflow automation that handles what happens after an enquiry arrives. Three disciplines, one system, one point of contact.
One partner for the site, the visibility and the follow-up.
These are web development services organised around a single outcome: more of the right people finding you, understanding the offer, and getting a fast, organised response when they get in touch.

Web design, SEO and automation are one chain, not three invoices.
Each stage is worth less on its own. A beautiful site nobody finds cannot do its job. Rankings that lead to a confusing page rarely turn into enquiries. And enquiries without a clear next step are easily lost. Building the three together is what makes each one pay off.
Web design sets the foundation
Page structure, speed and crawlability are decided during the build, when they are cheap to get right.
SEO brings the right traffic
Keyword and intent research decides which pages exist and what each one has to answer.
Automation protects the result
An enquiry is confirmed instantly, summarised, classified and routed, so nothing depends on someone refreshing an inbox.
Measurement decides what is next
Search Console and analytics show which pages earn attention, and the next month of work follows that evidence.
From first call to a system that runs.
A short, predictable process with a written scope, so you always know what is being delivered and what it costs.
Discovery call
Thirty minutes on what the business sells, who buys it, where enquiries come from today and what is not working.
Written scope and quote
A document listing pages, deliverables, timeline and price. Nothing starts before you have agreed to it in writing.
Build and review
You see the work in progress on a staging URL and give feedback in defined review rounds rather than an open-ended loop.
Launch and improve
Analytics and Search Console go live with the site. From there the work is monthly, evidence-led and reported.
Why businesses choose a lean agency
Most agency invoices pay for things that never touch your website: account managers, new business teams, office space. We do not have those, so the budget goes into design, search work and automation. That is what keeps the pricing competitive without cutting the quality of the work.
It also changes how the relationship feels. You speak to the person doing the work. Decisions do not travel through three people before reaching you, and questions are answered in hours rather than at the next scheduled check-in.
What we will not do
- Promise a specific Google position, or a specific number of leads
- Publish dozens of near-identical pages to chase keyword variations
- Add automation to a process that is already simple and working
- Start work on anything that is not in the agreed written scope
- Lock your domain, hosting or analytics accounts to us
Who this suits
Small and mid-sized businesses with a real service to sell and an owner or manager who can make decisions. Professional services, trades, clinics, consultancies and B2B suppliers all fit the model. If your enquiries mostly come from search, referral or a Google Business Profile, there is usually something here worth doing.
Transparent packages, priced before work begins.
Four build packages and a standalone automation add-on, each with a fixed one-time price and a monthly figure covering hosting, support and ongoing work. Full detail is on the web design pricing page.

Answers before you send an enquiry.
What does MaxDiVision actually do?
We build business websites, run search engine optimization and local SEO programmes, and automate the manual work around enquiries. Most clients start with one of the three and add the others once the first is producing results.
Do you work with clients outside your own country?
Yes. The whole engagement runs remotely — discovery call, scope document, review rounds, handover and ongoing support. Time zones are handled by scheduling calls in your working hours and keeping written progress notes between them.
How is your pricing competitive without cutting quality?
We run a lean operation. There is no account management layer, no sales team and no office overhead to fund, so the budget goes into the work itself. Scope is written down before anything starts, so you are not paying for hours you cannot see.
Can you work with a website you did not build?
Usually yes. SEO work, Google Business Profile optimization, maintenance and automation can all be applied to an existing site, provided the platform allows the necessary changes and integrations. If it does not, we will say so before you commit.
Do you guarantee first position on Google?
No, and nobody credibly can. Rankings depend on competition, domain authority, content quality and technical health. What we commit to is a defined programme of work, measurable reporting through Search Console and analytics, and honest reporting when something is not moving.
Tell us what you want to improve.
Send a few details and you will get an initial assessment: a proposed site structure, the SEO pages worth building first, and which parts of your enquiry handling are worth automating. No obligation to start a project.
How visitors experience the site and the offer.
We publish only genuine comments left with explicit consent for publication. They describe the experience of using this site, the clarity of the offer and the possibilities presented — not a completed project.
