Everything else — routing rules, thresholds, scheduling, integrations — is deterministic logic, because that is more reliable and easier to debug. Presenting ordinary automation as artificial intelligence is a marketing habit we would rather not adopt.
Workflows are built in n8n and documented. You can see what each step does, export them, and take them to another provider if you ever want to. Automation should reduce the number of things you depend on somebody else for, not increase it.
How often the task runs, how long it takes now, how many exceptions it has, and what systems it touches. A task done twice a month with five special cases is usually not worth automating, and we will say so. The automation add-on can also be applied to an existing website without rebuilding it, which is often the fastest return available.

n8n is a workflow automation platform that connects applications and runs logic between them. We use it because the workflows can be self-hosted, inspected and exported. You are not locked into a proprietary system you cannot see or move.
Usually. Email, spreadsheets, common CRMs, calendars, messaging tools and anything with an API are all reachable. Older or closed systems are sometimes the exception, and we check that during scoping rather than after you have paid.
Workflows are built with error handling and notifications, so a failure alerts someone instead of disappearing. Enquiry capture in particular is designed so a failure downstream never loses the original submission.
